At Rose Pearl Beauty, we do not accept returns. Here’s why and how we ensure your satisfaction:
Important Reminder:
- No refunds during sales: Items purchased during a sale or promotional period are non-refundable. However, you may be eligible for an exchange if the product is damaged or defective.
- No order cancellations during sales: Orders placed during a sale or promotional period cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
- Unboxing video required: Please record a video while receiving your parcel and opening it.
- Ensure the video shows the seal intact before unboxing and continues until the parcel is fully opened.
- If the seal is broken upon delivery, do not accept the parcel and inform us immediately.
- Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained as per our policy.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
- Retain proof of postage for tracking purposes, as we are not liable for lost returns.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Sale items and promotional purchases are final sales and cannot be returned, refunded, or canceled.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, email us at support@rosepearlbeauty.in within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the product and packaging.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or exchange, but refunds will not be processed for sale items.
